We learn best by example!  We have to look no further than our very own leader, Dr. John M. Corboy, MD, Founder and President of the Hawaiian Eye Foundation, for the epitome of service and philanthropy.  Dr. John was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award in August 2018. The Pacific Edge Magazine hosted this gala and honored Dr. Corboy’s 50+ years of caring for patients. In front of hundreds of peers, family and friends, he gave a rousing speech on what is means to live a full life, 80 years strong, and still be honored to give and serve!  He is seen in photos below with his beautiful bride, Regan. Also present that evening to join him in celebration of this award, and his 80th birthday, was his brother, sister-in-law, pilot friends and HEF staff.
