iSight MISSIONS is a humanitarian organization which assists underserved and disadvantaged blind individuals in remote locations worldwide. iSight Missions supports Dr. Jeff Rutgard’s dedication as Medical Director of Hawaiian Eye Foundation, Marine Reach Surgeon, Special Surgical Instructor for Surgical Eye Expedition International, and Clinical Professor at Loma Linda University providing eye medical and surgical care to the underserved blind poor in remote international locations. https://isightmissions.weebly.com

For many years, the Hawaiian Eye Foundation has partnered with Surgical Eye Expeditions (SEE) International, the largest provider of free cataract surgery in the world. We have sent our volunteers on their cataract missions around the world, and SEE has sent many of their Associates on our eye care and training programs in the Pacific and Asia. SEE also supports our expeditions through supply donations. We share an informational and recruiting exhibit with SEE at the Royal Hawaiian Eye Meeting each January. www.seeintl.org

Fred Hollows Foundation is the premier provider of quality eye care in Africa, Asia, and Australia. We are grateful for the support of their extensive programs throughout the 12 provinces of VietNam, and their partnering with our Imperial City Eye Meeting in Hue. www.hollows.org.vn

Marine Reach, the ship ministry of Youth with a Mission, has partnered with the Hawaiian Eye Foundation in our expeditions to Samoa. They have a remarkable hospital ship which provides sight-saving care throughout the South Pacific. www.marinereach.com

Pacific Islands Medical Aid, Inc., Hawaiian Eye Foundation, and SEE have partnered on eye care work in Christmas Island, Republic of Kiribati. www.pacificislandsaid.org

People Eye Care Foundation, Hawaiian Eye Foundation, and SEE have partnered on eye surgical expeditions in Thailand. www.pecf.or.th

Project VISION operates a mobile screening vehicle in Hawai’i that provides free vision screenings and advocates for the early detection of eye diseases and disorders. Hawaiian Eye Foundation loans portable ophthalmic equipment in support of their ongoing programs for underserved Hawai’i communities. www.projectvisionhawaii.org
